Our story
30 years ago, we started in the same classroom.
We met in Chile, where we organised our very first events together as student council members. Life took us in different directions: Danae to Paris to study History, Damián to Cologne to study Music.
Fifteen years later, we had each built careers producing large-scale events across cultures and continents. Different paths, different expertise, same foundation.
D&D is what happens when we finally work together once again.
We take sides.
D&D is queer and feminist led. And proudly so.
We believe the most interesting events happen when the people who have been kept off the stage finally get to set it.
Not as a gesture. Not as a policy. As a practice, built into every vendor we choose, every voice we platform, every room we design.
We are feminist, intersectional, and culturally fluent. We don't do this despite our values. We do it because of them.
Good events make people feel welcome. Great events make people feel seen.
How we show up
These aren't principles we wrote for a website. They're the reason D&D exists.

We design for everyone in the room, and everyone who made the room possible. Representation is built into our work, never an afterthought.

Danae Moyano
Master Organiser
I studied History in Paris and have spent my career turning ambitious visions into airtight plans, from EU pavilions to destination weddings on three continents. I run the room and the spreadsheet with equal elegance.
Damián Barnett
Master Storyteller
I studied music in Cologne and Frankfurt and then worked in some of Germany's most successful creative agencies. I helped shape experiences at the EXPO 2020 in Dubai, Hannover Messe and YouTube festival. I think in atmospheres, not just aesthetics.
